Vista err!!! (no search results)

OK, I have downloaded LW and it connects and everything. But when I punch in an artist to search, nothing comes up!! I have full connection bars and everything! I will punch in say, [edit] where you know there are tones of songs and not one comes up!! HELP ME!!!!!!! lol
