 Hey, so far that's not working either, I fogot to tell you that I went to the http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ and it didn't work, I got this - Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.........  |

| Usually when you get the Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage, it means that your ISP is blocking Limewire... Try using limewire at different times of the day, especially outside of peak hours and see if that helps any... Also you could give your ISP a call and ask them if they have a Fair Use Policy in place and if they block p2p traffic in your area...

| See if a new install will help... Uninstall Limewire using the uninstaller which is found in start > all programs > limewire...then re-install it using the offline installer...To find the offline installer, use the link below > cancel the installer window when it pop's up and then select the offline installer link... Lime Wire » Download LimeWire If that doesn't do the trick try this... Right-click the Limewire icon and go to properties and change compatability setting to Windows 2000. (but only if you're using Windows 2000 or later.) Somebody reported changing to Windows NT compatibility fixed their problem despite not using that operating system version. Right-click on the Limewire icon on the desktop and click on Run as. Then it should come up showing the current user and then switch it over to Administrator. (but 'only' if you're the admin of your comp.!)

| Hey got a question.......  I tried all you said and none of it worked, but I did try to do the test again and it told me that there was a firewall blocking it. Now I have Limewire added to be allowed but is there anyway I have more than one firewall going? if so how do I find it. I thought it might be in my AVG I have installed. Heck< I don't know I'm grasping at straws..........  |

| It's not AVG, not the free edition.... I tried looking up your modem and came up with nothing about it having a Nat Firewall...Do you use a router ??
