Default windows firewall

i have limewire pro 4.9.28 on a windows business vista machine and cannot get the connection to occur. it says i am detecting a firewall however i have cked the boxes to allow limewire through my windows firewall. everything else shows up fine from loading the limewire pro but i cannot get past the "starting connection" issue. I have this on another machine and it works fine with Windows XP.
any help for this issue?

Bherts, I see that you have posted in the Vista Support Forum and WW asked you to supply your system details. Until you give us more information about the problem that your having, help is going to be scarce.
