I cant even see the window!? (LW won't open - Vista)

I downloaded The newest lime wire a few weeks ago. i used it for a while with no problem. Then on day i clikc the short cut and it acts like it is loading but then nothing come up. I tried opening it from the file and not the short cut, and i got the same thing. My laptop i have it on is brand new with Vista and Wondows Live Onecare virus scanner. Another thing that was wierd; I tried to delete the program and reinstall to fix it but when i tried to delete it, i got a mesage that said it was running and i had to close it to delete it. In the window it reminds you to trie the icon in the lowere right corner on the start menu and right click it. When i right click the Lime wire Icon nothing happens. I get no options from a right click. Does anyone know what i should do to get this working again???
