Will Not Connect-please Help!!! (LW not opening)
 

:mad2:We purchased a new dell laptop in July and downloaded limewire pro. Since we did the download it has never ever worked the icon is on the deskstop but when I click on it nothing at all happens. No error messege or anything. We had pro on our old computer and had no promblems at all. This new cp has vista where the old one had xp. I have emailed tech support for limewire at least 3 times and have gotten no response at all!! I have removed and reinstalled JAVA-- I have made sure the mose current version ins updated and still nothing! Someone please help me I just want to download music and it to work!! PLEASE HELP!! Thanks!

Try uninstalling all versions of Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version....

If that does not help with your problem try deleting your preference folder/s...
