limewire shuts down

when i log back on my computer(hp pavilion dv2000 with vista) after it goes to screensaver or black screen limewire shuts down. has anyone else encountered this problem, cause i had a new toshiba with vista and it worked fine but the hard drive fried and i had to get a new notebook.

I too am having this issue and not finding an answer on here. screen saver comes up or even if I minimize the screen, Limewire will just go away, no error or anything, just poof. anyone got an answer ?

I had this problem too, but i stopped having it lately
I am guessing that this problem is because of the theme and the color setting you are having
try the following
if your them is windows vista aero, change it in windows vista basic them'

Having the same problem here. there are a few times when it shuts down when I log back in and then there are times when it works grate. What gives??????

yeah i can't figure out why it just craps out.. I thought it was when I did windows update, but then it happened after a screen saver and then after that I couldnt get it to start back up. The only way I got it to restart was to do a system restore.. It might be my video card driver b/c it has given me an error before after a screen saver but other than that i can't figure it out.

I have had this problem off and on for a while as well. When i delete my preferneces folder it seems to help for a while.I got rid of my .limewire folder a loooooong time ago. It seemed to work better when I was running a pro vesion but now that i am back to the basic 4.14 it is not working properly again. It does seem to help not to download to many files at once.
