LimeWire won't work with my Vista laptop! Can anyone help me?

I just got a laptop today with windows vista and i tried installing LimeWire Pro. Everytime I run the installer for LimeWire it says "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer." Im running Windows Vista Business. Is there any way I can fix this?

Make sure you are the Administrator and also allow Limewire access in any Security apps you have...;)
