It only gets to the 12%(Loading HTML Engine) and it won't go any further than that! I am running on Vista..so?

I just got this today and am also using Vista. Has been working fine until I got this today. Anyone know if its a server problem?

im having the same problem...mine was also working fine up until like 3 days ago and i've tried uninstalling it and installing it back but it doesnt seem to work idk what the problem might be
