Hello To All (setup wizard stuck at choosing connection speed)

I am new here this is my first post. I am happy to have found this site and hope it can help me out.
I have two computers one lap top with Windows XP and a desk top with Windows Vista. I have no problems with LimeWire on the XP but cant seem to get it to work on the Vista. I show LimeWire has insatlled correctly ,then it proceeds through the set up process. Everything seems to work fine until I reach the part where you choose your computer speed then it STOPS and wont do any thing else!!

What can I do to fix this?????
