tried it all and still no limewire but at least theres pokerstars
 

Hi everyone, i'm also having trouble with vista and limewire. i have tried all the tricks that have been mentioned and i still have thatg stupid wall!! also it always seems to be loading no matter how long its left. i'm using zonealarm, and have turned off vistas firewall but no go. i have a compaq presario with vista home premium, and i tried all the java installs, removing the saved file in caseit was corrupt, tried changing my platfrom(service pack 2 and 2000) put my ports to manual, and, and downloaded all sorts of things that are supposed to get it to work, now i'm at a loss. any help what so ever would be great.

BTW i also had trouble with installing pokerstars, it seems that you have to trick VIsta is there a way to do that with limewire?:confused:
