there is a video file i downloaded that is stuck on my computer!

i didn't like the way the video looked after i downloaded it from lime wire and i deleted it from the library in lime wire. then i deleted it form windows media player, then i searched it in the search and it was in there! i tried to delete it and it just says " this is no longer located in (then it says the location). verify the items location and try again. so i open the file location and its the lime wire folder with all my songs in it and its not in there! i don't want to delete the folder because all my songs are in it! i tried safe mode and it wasn't even there when i searched for it. its just stuck there i cant move it, watch it, rename it or anything!

tell me what i can do without downloading anything and deleting it off my computer!
but if there is no other way tell me what to download thanks!
