Corrupted! Start Up Error Pop-ups- Can't delet files

I can't get rid of these pop ups. I've tried to delete limewire all together and it won't let me cause it says some of the files are being used in other programs ect.. but the pop ups are making me crazy. Please help.

You may have become infected. Try this

AVG(free) might be able to fix it. Be sure to update it before you scan your computer: AVG Free Advisor: AVG Anti-Virus Free, then follow the prompts.

Once AVG has fixed the Problem you can delete it if you want to.
