can anyone please help!(Trojans)

I am having some trouble with my computer, I have a few viruses installed. I have a registry problem where a .dll file is not loading or is missing and I can not access any of my files on my hard drive. My question about limewire is can anyone help me access my files or music or can i use limewire to move my music files? Oh and I forgot I bought an external hard drive to try to save music, files, and photos before I use my recovery discs to clean my computer. Can anyone help?

os and anti virus

I have Vista and I also have Trend Micro Antivirus and Webroot Spy Sweeper. Windows Defender tries but can not delete the trojan viruses but I haven't tried running in safe mode. I'll try that then post again, thanks.

Ok I downloaded Spybot and ran it with my other AV programs before i shut down in safe mode and low and behold my computer stopped freezing when I accessed my hard-drive. The trojan viruses were still there but I was able to sweep and move my files to my external hard-drive. Now I have reformatted my comp via recovery discs and everything is saved and working fine. Thank you for all your help. :laugh_2:

Try This

Start your Pc in Safe mode ( switch off then , switch on and keep pressing F8 and then do a scan in Safe mode ) log off and repeat the scan as normal .
