Welcome to the Gnutella forums.

Queued = LimeWire (LW) is too busy to handle those particular downloads.

Best thing is to be patient. Your download slots might be set to 10, however, perhaps your bandwidth used is near maximum.

I have slots up around 20, however at times only 3-5 downloading & many are queued.

Having too many incomplete files can contribute toward this problem. LW periodically attempts to connect to each download in groups. This makes LW very busy.
