I run LW on a Vista...and it's acting odd. When I first installed, none of this happened. But now, my library has 1 to 8 copies of every song I've downloaded. All play, and are fully functional...and my computer files only have one copy of each song. Anybody have an idea about what's going on?

Are you using iTunes? If you are using iTunes & have it set to copy songs across, it will 'copy' them into its own music library. So will end up with a copy in your download folder & another in your iTunes music folder.
However with you suggesting up to 8 copies, that does sound odd. Can you check their location? Incomplete files may show up in the library. Right-click the file in library, choose get file information .. this info window will show their location. |

Interestingly enough, I don't have Itunes. Your file location, trick, however, did show me what was up. I had copied the songs over to a game file for the SIMS, to listen to better stuff while playing. Thanks for the help!
