vista/limewire/share all songs with user profiles

Hey everyone! what is going on?

I have windows vista with a cable internet connection. I've been using limewire for a few years now but never with vista. Need some help and this could be a retarded question but I cant get it figured out. I have 3 users on the computer and I am set as the administator... when I download music through my limewire in the past on my user profile it usually shows up in the library for limewire on the other user profiles on the computer. Well it is not doing that with vista. Whatever is downloaded on each user profile doesnt get shared with the other user profiles on the computer and honestly I would prefer them to be shared. Any suggestions or fixes for this? I'm lost and would love to have a resolution for this

Do you use iTunes? That 'might' have been the method you were using previously that had the shared libraries shared across users.

But then it might be a little more complex if it's Vista since it is strict about user permissions. Perhaps they do not have access permissions to the folder in question.

No i have never used itunes. If it was a user permission where on vista could I correct that at for sharing the files?
