Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

Go to Tools -> Options -> Misc, and you will see a language option drop down menu. It all might not be in english of course, but if you follow the directions you will find the option.

The example image below shows what to do, I chose Espanol simply as an example of preferred language.
