Help with Vista and LW5

Hello Everyone,
I joined this forum to get help with a problem that I amhaving
I have Vista and when I download video's they do not play but there is no problem with music. :sos:

This should help CCCP - Combined Community Codec Pack

Note: If you have any other codec pack installed, then uninstall it first.
