i just upgraded to newest version of lime wire. what a mistake that was . i would like to revert back to limewire 4.16 . lord of the rings' links do not work. as soon as the website opens and i click on downkload my anti virus instantly redflags the site. who has the link to the official limewire downloader?

LW site does not offer old versions.
There is nothing wrong with the site in question where the LW 4.16 is hosted (ignore the advertisements!) I'd suggest you put that site on the AV's safe-list.
Perhaps some advertisements were giving your AV signals. But the site itself is safe. Do NOT click on the advertisements!
