Limewire won't download
 

A previous version has been installed on my computer for a year and worked fine - the other day I tried to access and got as error message "Limewire was unable to load, download and install Limewire agian". I have tried to download several times (5.5 version) and it appears to be successful, but then I get the same message. I last used it and downloaded music within the last couple of months and now it just won't work - any ideas what the problem could be?

Sorry for very late reply, somehow your post was missed. :o Did you fix the problem? Try this: Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included 2nd last post of page.) Making sure you backup your downloads.dat file first. :)
