buttons fade in and out!!???

limewire freezes on me everytime also when i move along my cursor across limewire buttons (search..etc)the color fades out and parts of it dissapears also!!i uninstalled it and did a fresh install same thing i have win me and an excellent graphics card...please help me also the old verion if lime wire did not do that ...please anyone????
