WinXP Pro Save Directory - Still Not Fixed I posted to an older thread, but it seems that the developers are out today so maybe I'll get a response. Here's the previous thread: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...4&goto=newpost I can change the Save Directory to any subfolder of my Desktop, but if I try to set it to My Music folder or a subfolder of that I get the error "Invalid directory for saving files...". The folder I'm trying to save to is: C:\Documents and Settings\normalguy\My Documents\mp3\My Music. That's my custom My Music location...easier than copying everything over. Any ideas? Everyone has Full Control to the folder and every other program interacts fine with it. -NormalGuy |
I also have this problem. I cannot choose to save to my 'my music' folder. (It happens to be e:\my stuff\mp3) I too get "Invalid directory for saving files..." I am however able to save it to a subdirectory of 'my music'. Still, it's pretty annoying |
either the folder is set to read-only, the folder is somehow corrupt, or you don't have rights to the folder. zbell:D |
