I don't have any specific suggestions - but you could try some of the computer magazines online.

ZDNet has a few How To Guides. CNET probably has something useful (although there is a lot of other stuff to dig through).

Look in your local newsagent and take a note of the magazine titles - then look them up online.

If you have the new diskdrive installed in your computer alongside the old one - then windows explorer will let you copy between the drives.

A lot depends on where the new and the old hard disk drives are relative to one another.
