limewire wont uninstall
 

This software really sucks and i want to uninstall it but theres no uninstall file in the directory, the program is not even in the add/remove programs thing in the control panel !.....

how can i uninstall this **** !!?!?!??

Maybe you should just brutally delete the directory? And maybe the shortcuts located in the start menu...

A brute force deletion of .C:\program files\limewire
will rid the bulk of the files but there will still be residue in your registry.

As always be sure that you have moved any downloaded material you want to keep out of the Limeware directory area.

Mental note to self: Go to download.com and bitch about no friendly uninstall function.
Pice of crap? Its slower than a Mac, and it wont even come with Uninstall?
You mean i gotta clear my PC manually, and then just stay with the spyware?

There is no spyware installed with LimeWire.
