Limewire Shuts Down before I can start searching. I NEED A LW DEVELOPER TO REPLY...

I was able to use Limewire for a short time and was able to download at ease....at least 20 mp3 files. From what I was able to see so far, this program is AWESOME. The only problem is that now it closes before I can begin a search. I have already uninstalled the program and started a new one but with the same results. Here is the error message I get....

module <unknown> at 0000:3100b637.

Can someone pls help me.......

Thanks,

Hey Skooz:

I am getting the same errors.

I have been watching the posts for a few days.

No one seems to have an answer yet. Any solutions come your way.......

I thought I saw someone say a new bug-free version would come out soon??

the best

What OS are you using? What version of LimeWire? What were you doing at the time of the crash? (In particular, were you using the library or launcher or accessing the help menu?)

Christopher

I am using windows ME, Limewire 1.4b.

Limewire is the only program in use when these errors occur.

Actually, I did not have these problems on the earlier version.

Thanks

ps
If your guys are going to take an interest. I might as well register.
