Shared File Missing in Library

I can't share any files. The only file I have in my Library is Incomplete. How can I get a Shared File to display?

Hello!

Probably you are viewing the incomplete folder in your Library Window.

In the Left is a list called libary of all the folders you have in your library.Highlight the one that is named Shared and your shared files should now be visible.
