SuperPeepers won't shut off

Ok, I'm new to this, but it seems to me that if I shut off superpeepers in the settings then I shouldn't always have 3 superpeeper connections going. Is this true? What is a superpeeper? why would I want it? how do I know if people have been downloading from me?

help!

Thanks,
SS

I guess that would be a creature who lurks in gardens staring through bedroom walls using X-ray vision before leaping over the roof, like Toad in X-Men, to repeat the process outside a neighbouring house.

I don't think you would want one in your neighbourhood.
