how do i move my downloads from LW to get to my music file so I can burn them?

Your files are probably in your Limewire/Shared directory (or wherever you specified when you installed Limewire. Your burner should allow you to burn them without moving them. I don't know what you are using to burn CD's but direct it to the drive and folder you save your Limewire downloads to. Usually if you didn't change the default location during your Limewire install you will find your files at C:/ProgramFiles/Limewire/Shared
