Cant Open Files

I DOWNLOADED QUARK SERIALS AND I CANT GET THEM TO OPEN. I VE TRIED STUFFIT BUT IT KEEPS SAYING THE FILES DONT EXIST. IF I OPEN IT WITH WORDPAD OR NOTEPAD IT LOOKS LIKE A BUNCH OF SYMBOLS
