cant launch videos

Hi, if any1 can help me that would be great, i downloaded a few videos and i cant play them becuz they open in the wrong program instead if java they open in Webmd my minidisc program, how do i change this ? thx

Navigate to the file, right click on it and select the program you want to open the file with.
