 Ok, I found the problem Well guys I found the problem on my computer any way. I hope it works for you. It took alot of seaching but I found it. I was using (Stardock Cursor XP) a custom pointer software. I disabled it, and no more flashing. Good luck with yours. I hope this helped. Joe.  |
