removing skins

After downloading skins, how do I remove the ones I don't want anymore.

search for a folder called "themes" on your hard drive. You can delete from there.

Deleted Default Skins Keep Re-appearing

How do I permanently delete & prevent those default skins I've deleted from coming back? They are 4 of them.
