Unhappy It keeps shutting down my comp and restarting!!

Basically i have a perfectly fine computer but since I got limewire, and only when i use limewire, after about 8 minutes of downloading something, my computer automatically restarts. when it reboots, it says that there has been a serious error regarding the following files.

C:/WINDOWS/minidump/mini041104-01.dmp
(by the way, what is a .dmp file?)
C:/DOCUME`1/USER(userid)1.NEW/LOCALS`1/Temp/WER1.tmp.dir00/sysdata.xml
(and what is an .xml file)

Does This have anything to do with limewire, does anyone share this problem? Please help, Thanks.
