I feel like I'm at Disco
 

I'm having the same problem. The Browser will flash like a stroblight. At times it's fast and then will stop for awhile and then start up again. It seems to get worse when I go into a search. It's driving my nuts!!! Can some one Please Help us with this problem. My system> P4 3.0 Xp Home. 1geg mem. nivida Geforce XT 5900ulta.
