instalation failure

I've been trying to find a Napster alternative just like everyone else, and I've stumbled upon the Lime Wire. I've downloaded its Windows version, and tried to install it. It just doesn't work! i tried everything I know, and it just doesn't want to intall. I have Win95.

If you were a bit more precise, it would be really easier for other users to help you. I cannot 'cause I have a lot of problems with the linux version, and haven't tried the win version, hehe.
