Problem....
 

I have a friend who was listening to a song, then when she tried deleting that song all her other songs got deleted and the song she wanted to play wasn't deleted... Anyone have and idea of why this would happen? Shes using WindowsXP Home Edition

Not knowing what exactly your friend did I can't speculate on what happened.

Have her open the recycle bin and if the files are there restore them.
