 I don't know if it could be solved with registry settings, it could be a GUI problem as well. So in order to prevent that some bad settings are not overwritten, I think it is better if you do a complete clean reinstall. You might even do a windows search after uninstalling to check if some folders still exist and delete manually if a clean install does not help.  |
