I can't open Limewire

I got 1.6b installed but my computer doesn't know what to open it with, I tryed opening it internet explorer and it didn't work. How can I get it to open?

I'm sorry I'm not good with computers, I don't know what OS stands for. I'm guessing operating system. I'm using Windows ME.

Yes, OS = operating system.

So I assume you downloaded LimeWireWin.exe. What happens when you double-click on it to install it?
