Limewire won't open

Limewire 4.0.7 will not open. Only the Limewire PRO upgrade screen and Tip Of The Day comes up. Please help.

Same solution as many, uninstall delete all LW components than reinstall, search the forums for the location of LW components, if this doesn't work try to redownload limewire.
