![]() i just bought limewire pro 4.0.7, but it freezes after 20 sec of it being open. complete system freeze. so i uninstall and install limewire 407 basic. same thing. boot into safe mode, works just fine. go into windows, uninstall JAVA and limewire, and resinstall. still freezes... install 3.6, it works. any ideas how to get 4.0.7 to work? im not runnig zone alarm 5 or anything XP Pro SP1 2500+ 1.83GHz 512MB |

![]() I am also having trouble with limewire 4.0.7. After a while the downloads die down. The I am beeing informed that it appears I have no connection to the internet. Then I can't even browse. There seems to be something eating up all my bandwith. I stopped Limewire but to no avail. And if I try to "kill" the javaw process, it won't die. The only option - reset. Pretty lame if you ask me. This version should be called lamewire. Just my 2 cents. |
