Can someone please let me know if i can backup my partially Downloaded files if so where are they keep usually because I will be doing a Re Format shortly and I do not want to loose those files because some of them are large I have been having Problems when connected to LM Pro I can be online sometimes for a hour sometimes five minutes and I loose my Connection it seems to just freeze only the Connection though and I have to remove the USB Cable from my Computer to disconnect my Modem then reconnect to get back online I have disabled Nortons Firewall it seems to only happen when I am on LM Pro or Overnet does anyone have any Ideas why this is happening PS when I use my Laptop I have no Problems what so ever and I am running all the same Programs etc thank,s

Save them on a cd or any where of your hardrive so you don't loose them. When you put them back in the Incomplete folder they should work just like before and you should be able to finish your downloads
