THe more it seems to download after about 30 mins will shut my hole xp down it hangs then freezes the pc unfreezes shortly freezes again

i habe no virues hanve norton personal firewall on a router with firewall
i run norton system works have had np with XP on this box just limewire

pent 3 448 mhz
320 SD ram
XP

help plz i like this program shame it got a glitch

try redownloading it or download a different version. experiment try a pretty old one cause your pc 448mhz might not be able to handle the latest version

Also make sure yo have the most recent version of Java because LW needs the most recent version that your OS version can handle. Freezing tends to indicate a Java problem. Go to the above link & check for an update. Using an older version of LW may fix the issue, but having a recent version of Java will give LW the best operating environment for the net.
