¤Ö¤ Status Explained? ¤Ö¤

Okay, why does status read "Waiting In Line, Position 7" ... Down to "Waiting In Line, Position 1" ... then goes back to "Waiting For Busy Hosts"

Anyone ? ;(

Xcuse my question, R U Thai?
It means you're trying to dwnld a very popular file. Most likely the others that are offering this file already have their upld slots taken with others. And the source(s) that's available has a queu that is given a shared amount of time for each to dwnld from. Each dwnlder is given some time but then will go back into the queu. The only things that complicate this process are if you have difficulty connecting at the time it's your turn, And the other is the 'dreaded' greedy & aggressive p2p apps out there that can apparently bump others further down a queu. One such one has been banned/no longer produced but there's still a few out there. They cause problems for the Gnutella network & destroy the meaning of p2p. Occasionally u might bump into one of these in a queu.

Try searching for more sources & see if there's others u can dwnld from. ie: sometimes files are not always in the one group. Also, you can try deleting your queud file from the dwnld pane & eselect it from the new search results. Hope this helps.
