How long does a response take!!!???
 

I bought this software as a tip, probably have some simple firewall issue (which i have a better chance of putting another man on the moon then solving on my own) and I am EXTREMELY mad that I spent money and have gotten no response. LIMEWIRE keeps shutting off randomly, and I can't use the software, I have spent several late nights trying to figure out what is the problem. MAYDAY..........................

You mean LimeWire randomly crashes and closes or LimeWire randomly crashes and becomes completely unresponsive?

Which windows version?
Which Java version?
Which LimeWire version?
Running any Norton tools or ZoneAlarm?
(default advice update java runtime environment & limewire if you are not running the latest version).
