why aren't my files showing up?

Recently I noticed that the Shared sub-folder in my LimeWire Program Files folder doesn't have all the songs I've downloaded. Specifically, the most recent downloads aren't there. They are listed in my LimeWire library, and I can play them from there, but as for actually finding them in the Shared folder, they're gone. This is really frustrating, and I have no ideas on how to fix it. If you know how, please tell me so I can get this changed. Thanks!

Seeing that no one else is relpying to your question, I'll offer a possible solution.

You might have downloaded files with "hidden" as an attribute. LW would show them in the library, but by default, windows will not. Although the chances of downloading such weird files are remote, you might as well try this if nothing else is working. Click START>SETTINGS>FOLDER OPTIONS. Under the folder options window, click the "view" tab at the top. Scroll down the checklist until you find a "Hidden files section. Click on "Show All Files" and click OK.

Let us know if it worked. Good luck! :-)
