Re-downloading Pro
 

:mad: I have entered my email address on the Pro lookup page until I'm blue in face but I keep getting redirected to the Buy Pro page. I already bought Pro. If I'm past my 6 months of free updated, then why can't I download the last version I was eligible for? I keep filling out the Pro customer support form (3 times now) and I never get a reply. This is reall ypissing me off. Is it me or do I have full price for Pro every six months?

I pay every six months . . . so I figure that's normal. I also save the installers for each version if I want to revert.

If you don't want to donate, just download the free version. It's practically the same and you are not likely to notice much difference.

Thanks. I guess I'll have to buy it again. I kept a backup of my installers too but unfortunately they were lost almost simultaneously with all the data on my hard drive. I love technology.
