Movies wont play!! What gives
 

can someone please tell me why I paid the extra nine dollars for the ability to play and burn movies to dvd to back up the files and the movies wont even play .....or burn

I have recently purchased this program and am using it to get movies as well as songs. I have downloaded 5 movies and not one of them will play. three of them will not even pull up in any of the players I have. Its like the files are not readable. Can anyone help?
