The "Incomplete" folder resides in my LimeWire directory. If I am a user (as opposed to Admin), I do not have the appropriate ACLs to write to the Programs directory. How to re-locate the "Incomplete" folder?

The incomplete folder will be in the same directory as the LW Downld folder. The only way to move it would be to move your dwnld folder. But if you were to move it you 'might' also need to move the incomplete files as well (including the downld.dat & bak files) to the new incomplete folder.
