limewire 4.0.7=spyware?
 

it says on the limewire website that Version 4.0 contains no spyware, but what about 4.0.7???? I've read all over the internet that spyware exists on 4.0.7 but i currently use 4.0.6 and dont notice any spyware at all.

what other REAL changes have been made since 4.0.6 to justify upgrading to 4.0.7?

Don't know the details of the changes, but there's no spyware, all these spyware reports come from a beta antispyware prog. that Microsoft has released.

awesome! limewire continues to amaze me :) thank you very much for the links and explanation. it's good to be able to associate this program with the folks who created it, rather than some zillion dollar company who preys on p2p users with spyware and such.
