limewire crashes my comp
 

I really need help

It happens when i am using lw and the screensaver comes in, when i go back to use the computer the entire system crashes!!!
i tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it agan and it will still do it . When the computer crashes and i send for a report at microsoft it tells me the problem was caused by a driver, software or hardware.

The only way to stop this is to turn off the screensaver

If anyone knows what to do, please reply

I'm having similar trouble.

I downloaded newest JAVA and turned off screensaver, still crashing comp.

Also having same problem, when bringing computer out of idle or screensaver mode, limewire crashes the system, same blue screen and message.

Hope someone can suggest how to solve this!, not tried the newest Java yet, but does this help?.

Intel P3 1G with 512 DDR RAM
Windows XP no SP
LW 4.2.4 Pro
Java ver 1.5 JRE

Version worked fine up til a couple weeks ago. Seems to work ok if i have it up only long enough to select a song to DL then minimize to tray.

It might be your java version.
